Daffodil Days

I cannot function in this room anymore and Mt. Washmore is growing exponentially!! So, this week, my goal is to clean it up. Flylady’s zone schedule says to concentrate on the bathroom and one other room. My other room will be the washroom. I’m starting a little late as it’s already Wednesday, but Flylady always says to jump in where you are.

As embarrassing as it is, I’m posting pictures of the current state of my washroom. As I get each area cleaned/decluttered, I’ll update the post.

OK. There are a few update pictures below. I tried really hard to be a good flybaby and stop after 15 minutes. I didn’t set my trusty timer so I may have gone over a bit. But I saved plenty of work for the rest of the week.

Being able to see the washer and dryer and get to the buttons is very helpful in getting the laundry done!!

The pantry rearranging is the work of Day 2 of the “Clean the washroom” project. It took about 20 minutes and I worked on it while I waited on dinner to bake. The pantry wasn’t really that bad. Things were just a little out of place. That leaves the other side of the pantry where I keep chemicals and pet food for tomorrow and I should have a completely clean washroom!

YEA! I’m finished. The washroom is completely clean. It only took 15-20 minutes per day for three days. Wow. I have renewed faith in Flylady!! On to the master bedroom next week…
